On July 8th, the ceremony for granting the sacred seal to the Taoist priests of the Mainland's True One Sect was inaugurated at the Shiyang Heavenly Master's Mansion in Longhu Mountain, Jiangxi Province. This event was approved by the State Administration for Religious Affairs, organized by the Chinese Taoist Association, co-organized by the Jiangxi Taoist Association, and hosted by the Shiyang Heavenly Master's Mansion. It lasted for 5 days (from July 8th to 12th).

On July 8th, 193 Taoist priests from 19 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country arrived at Longhu Mountain Heavenly Master's Palace one after another to report for duty and undergo the pre-baptismal assessment. In the evening, the Office of the Leadership Group for the箓 Ceremony held a meeting for the leaders of the Taoist associations from all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

On the morning of July 9th, the ceremony for the promotion of bamboo vessels was held at the Tian Shi Fu. Zhang Jintao, Yuan Zhihong, Xie Rongzeng, and Ji Hongzhong, Vice Presidents of the China Taoist Association, Ding Changyun and Lin Zhou, Vice Presidents of the Advisory Committee of the China Taoist Association, Guo Hanwen, Deputy Secretary General of the China Taoist Association, Zeng Guangliang, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the Jiangxi Taoist Association, Wan Qin, Zhou Xinyin, Vice President of the Hunan Taoist Association, Hu Zhuo, Director of the Religious Affairs Department of the Jiangxi Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, and Li Mingliang, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Yingtan Municipal Committee and Director of the Citizen Religious Affairs Bureau, attended the ceremony. Jiang Xinhong, the head of the Academic Affairs Department of the Chinese Taoist Association, presided over the ceremony.

Promotion ceremony for bamboo vessels

At the beginning of the ceremony, all attendees stood solemnly and played and sang the national anthem of the People's Republic of China. Subsequently, Daoist Xie Rongzeng announced the decision to establish a leadership group for the promotion of Taoist priests to the imperial court in mainland China in 2025. Ding Changyun, the Taoist priest, reported on the assessment of the Huangtan Temple. Commissioned by Li Guangfu, the President of the Chinese Taoist Association, Taoist Yuan Zhihong delivered a speech on behalf of the Chinese Taoist Association; Zhang Jintao, the Taoist priest, gave instructions to Huang Sheng.

Yuan Zhihong, the Taoist priest, emphasized that as one of the most important rituals in Taoism, the promotion and teaching of bamboo vessels ensures the standardization, refinement, and adherence to laws and rituals. It plays a positive role in promoting the implementation of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, systematically advancing the Sinicization of Taoism, implementing the requirements of comprehensive strict governance of Taoism, and doing a good job in Taoist education in the new era. He encouraged the students of Taoism to love their country and abide by the law, consolidate the foundation of comprehensive strict governance of education, learn and cultivate, explore the path of sinicization of Taoism, hold themselves upright, bravely shoulder the responsibility of promoting the righteous path, and contribute to the healthy inheritance of Taoism.

Zhang Jintao, the Taoist priest, elaborated on the significant importance of being promoted to the position of "Zhengyi Mengwei Jingzhu". He pointed out that "alliance power" means making an oath with all gods, demanding that Huang Sheng deeply understand the true essence of the Dharma Huang, and that Ming Xiaosheng's promotion is not based on seniority, but on "making contributions to the country and serving the people"; Encourage students to study diligently, abide by the nine precepts, and achieve the goals of "devoutly worshiping the Tao and respecting true teachers" and "diligently studying and benefiting the world". Taking this as a new starting point, unite closely around the Party and government, adhere to the direction of sinicization of Taoism, and contribute Taoist strength to national rejuvenation.

During the Huangtan ceremony, Taoist Zhang Jintao was appointed as the Master of Transmission, Taoist Ding Changyun as the Master of Supervision, Taoist Zeng Guangliang as the Master of Protection, Taoist Yuan Zhihong as the Master of Guarding, Taoist Xie Rongzeng as the Master of Guarding Classics, Taoist Ji Hongzhong as the Master of Guarding Dharma, Taoist Lin Zhou as the Master of Guarding Huangtan, Taoist Guo Hanwen as the Master of Guarding Precepts, and Taoist Zhou Xinyin as the Master of Guarding Huangtan. Master Guo Hanwen, the guardian of the precepts, presented the rulers to the representatives of the supervisory envoys, Lu Yi and Gao Chen.

At the meeting, the arrangement of the bamboo vessel teaching activity, precautions for bamboo vessel students, and disciplinary regulations for violations of bamboo vessel altar rules were also announced.

On that day, the legal team of Huangtan held an opening ceremony to invite water and other experts to teach the art of Huangtan.
