Name: Xihe Gongzhu
25th generation disciple of the Quanzhen Longmen School, inheritor of the family tradition of incense culture, founder of the Flower God Palace Incense Bath. Since the age of 17, he achieved enlightenment and spent 22 years studying China's excellent traditional culture, deeply understanding the essence of Taoist incenseology and traditional incense-making techniques.
Sun Xinji was deeply influenced by his family's teachings from a young age. He studied medical classics such as "The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic", "Compendium of Materia Medica", and "The Classic of Divine Farmer's Materia Medica", delving deeply into the pharmacological properties, indications, and processing methods of Chinese herbal medicines. He integrated traditional Chinese medicine theory with the practice of incense therapy for health preservation. His passion for incense culture led him to conduct in-depth research on the aesthetic connotations, health benefits, and emotional regulation effects of traditional incense techniques. He has published over a hundred research articles in various publications and on new media.
Especially in the field of aromatherapy health preservation, for modern sub-health problems such as liver stagnation and qi obstruction, restlessness of the mind, disharmony of the spleen and stomach, and respiratory tract sensitivity, by combining Taoist five-element theory with ancient incense-making techniques, the "Xixue Liushiang Yangyuan Method" was summarized and created. Through the combination of incense materials and incense application techniques, it helps many users improve their physical condition and regain balance of body and mind.
The ancient incense-making technique it inherits has replicated over 170 ancient formulas. It can adjust the incense formulas based on the seasons, times, and the user's constitution, using the five elements attributes of the incense materials. In the traditional incense usage of the Song Dynasty's fire-separated incense burning and the Tang Dynasty's incense scrolls, it presents the realm of "the fragrance follows the movement of the air, and the air follows the harmony of the spirit". This allows the listeners to appreciate the Eastern aesthetic concept of "nose observation as the first step" in traditional incense art, and interpret the essence of thousands of years of incense culture within the confines of the incense burner.
