Zhang Mingxin (female), also known by her common names Zhang Xinju and Kundao, is of Han ethnicity. She was born on June 18, 1952, and her ancestral home is Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province. He is currently the deputy director of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
