Vice President Guo Hanwen stated that this year marks the beginning of the "15-16" period and also the starting point for implementing the spirit of the 11th National Congress of the Chinese Taoist Association. The holding of this training course is a concrete measure taken by the Taoist community to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee regarding religious work based on their own realities. It holds significant practical importance for enhancing the comprehensive quality of representatives of the Taoist community and strengthening the support for Chinese Taoism talents. He encouraged the trainees to cherish the precious learning opportunities, concentrate their efforts on studying, and strive to gain new insights in thought, new gains in knowledge, and new improvements in practice. He put forward three requirements for the trainees: first, further strengthen ideological and political guidance, firmly grasp the correct political direction; second, strengthen responsibility and commitment, and comprehensively promote strict governance of the Taoist community; third, adhere to applying what one has learned, and promote the healthy inheritance of Taoism.

This training aims to further guide Taoist practitioners to strengthen ideological and political leadership, enhance legal awareness, and boost cultural confidence. During the 7-day training program, experts and scholars from the Central Institute for Socialism, Renmin University of China, Central University for Nationalities, and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences delivered lectures based on theory and practical cases.

To enrich the training methods, the training course also meticulously arranged on-site teaching activities. On the afternoon of April 16th, all the trainees of the training course went to the Memorial Hall of the Chinese People's Resistance Against Japanese Aggression for a visit and study. They measured the history of the resistance through their feet, comprehended the spirit of the resistance with their hearts, and clarified their responsibilities and duties in the process.

During the training period, all the participants strictly adhered to the training discipline and demonstrated a strong enthusiasm for learning as well as a positive and energetic demeanor. In the group discussions, everyone spoke up actively, sharing their insights and gains from the learning process.

At the graduation ceremony, the representative of the trainees delivered a graduation speech. All of them agreed that the training content was rich and highly targeted. Everyone stated that they should convert their learning achievements into practical actions for doing well in Taoist work, implement the requirements of comprehensive strict governance of the religion, and make their due contributions to promoting the healthy inheritance of Taoism.
