From May 27th to 30th, 2025, the "Second World Tai Chi Young Leaders Summit and 'China Health Care Capital' Tai Chi Skills Competition" was grandly held at the Qinling Museum Square in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. It was organized by the Shangluo Municipal People's Government, hosted by the Shangluo Municipal Sports Bureau and the World Tai Chi Network, and co-organized by the Shangluo Sports Activity Center and the Shangluo Tai Chi Association. Shangluo City's Party Secretary Zhao Jing attended and declared the opening. Party Secretary and Vice Mayor Zhao Xiao, and the Chief Editor of the World Tai Chi Network Yu Gongbao delivered speeches respectively. Leaders including the Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Municipal Committee, Zhang Guoyu, and Vice Mayor Wen Lin attended the event.

On the 27th at the meeting in Xi'an, Tian Suhui, the vice chairman of the Asian Wushu Federation and the vice chairman of the Chinese Wushu Association, sent a congratulatory letter. This letter was read out on behalf of him by Song Bin, the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Wushu Association. On the 29th at the opening ceremony, the World Tai Chi Network handed over the "scroll of famous masters' Tai Chi paintings" to the Shangluo Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Shangluo Municipal Government.

This event focused on the core theme of "Digitalization of Tai Chi", gathering over 50 renowned masters and outstanding inheritors of Tai Chi from various global schools, as well as 600 Tai Chi enthusiasts. The summit concentrated on cutting-edge topics, deeply discussing the connotation, social value, efficient dissemination methods, cultural authenticity preservation of Tai Chi, as well as the application of new forms such as live streaming, short videos, and online courses. The participants engaged in extensive intellectual exchanges and experience sharing.

During the summit, experts such as Yu Gongbao, Yang Qiyuan, Guan Peng, and Ma Xiangdong were invited to hold a special lecture on "The Deep Integration of Tai Chi Exercise and Health Care" for relevant departments of one district and seven counties in Shangluo City. The lecture was highly praised by all. As a supporting activity, the "Tai Chi Elite Performance at the Great Wild Goose Pagoda" was successfully held at the Great Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area in Xi'an, becoming an important stop on the "Kung Fu Chronicles" Tai Chi culture brand.

During the summit, experts such as Yu Gongbao, Yang Qiyuan, Guan Peng, and Ma Xiangdong were invited to give a special lecture on "The Deep Integration of Tai Chi Movement and Health Care" to the relevant departments of one district and seven counties in Shangluo City. The lecture was highly praised by all participants. Under the meticulous organization and arrangement of the deputy secretary-general of the conference and the renowned Tai Chi master Cui Yamin, more than 70 experts and athletes, including the deputy director of the conference organizing committee, Song Bin (vice president of the Shaanxi Wushu Association), the secretary-general, martial arts research expert Ma Xiangdong, the president of the Shijiazhuang Wushu Association, Yang Heifa, the president of the Tai Chi Culture Research Association of Baoji, Bai Huixia, an outstanding inheritor, Xue Hong, and Qi Feng, among others, also visited the 5A-level scenic area of Jin Siqiao in Shangluo and embarked on a端午 Tai Chi health care journey. They conducted individual and collective martial arts performances with a theme of the resonance between the ecology and culture of Jin Siqiao， and were interviewed by the publicity department of Shangnan County and the relevant responsible persons of the scenic area for a special session. As a supporting activity， the "Yanta Liangying" Elite Tai Chi Master Martial Arts Competition was successfully held in the Xi'an Great Wild Goose Pagoda scenic area， becoming an important stop on the "Kung Fu Spirit" Tai Chi Culture brand.

They conducted individual and collective martial arts performances with themes of the ecological and cultural resonance of Jinsi Gorge， and received special interviews from the publicity department of Shangnan County and the relevant responsible persons of the scenic area. This event featured traditional routines， competitive push hands， and creative performances， and also held activities such as a Tai Chi master sharing session and a forum on sports and health care. It fully demonstrated the unique charm of Tai Chi transcending time and connecting cultures. The event had a lofty intention， practical content， extensive participation (with a majority of young elites and some renowned masters from the older generation)， high specifications and levels， and demonstrated the development pattern of Tai Chi culture that connects the past and the future. It is of great significance for promoting the contemporary development and value exploration of Tai Chi. Shangluo's profound historical and cultural heritage and superior natural environment provide unique advantages and broad prospects for building it as a "health care capital" and deepening the integration of Tai Chi health care functions. As a supporting activity， the "Yanta Liangying" Tai Chi master elite martial arts competition was successfully held in the Xi'an Dajiatang scenic area， becoming an important stop on the "Kung Fu Zhi" Tai Chi culture brand.
